Splendid Home began with a simple belief: how a home is made matters as much as how it looks. After more than a decade in residential design and construction, Bianca Fathauer founded the studio to give her clients both, work of real craftsmanship and an experience that feels calm, considered, and personal.
Today we take on a limited number of homes each year, and we like it that way. It means a small team who knows your home as well as you do, from the first conversation to the day we hand you the keys. We do right by our clients when no one is watching, and every visit to the studio should feel like a welcome. When you take care of people, everything else falls into place.
